CLEANING & REPAIR
Before any of our sealants are applied, we use quality and eco-friendly cleaners in order to efficiently remove weeds, dirt, stains, mold and other contaminants from the job site we are working with. A paver can hold in stains and discoloration, so we take care of the damaged and poorly maintained areas, followed by a thorough organic removal and pressure wash. This cleaning and repairing process ensures restoration to your outside area before placing the final layer of protection.

SANDING
Once our work site is cleaned and repaired, the paver joints get hydro compacted with sand. Sanding is a necessary process for quality joint stabilization and durability. Sanding also notably slows down algae growth and any weeds growing in between the paver joints. This process helps keep your pavers more maintained.

SEALING
This is the final process that ensures protection for you pavers. We will seal your pavers using a waterproof, chemical resistant, water based commercial grade sealer that is meant to last. The durability and strength of the sealant can last from 2-4 years.
